BGA workshops are grounded in the value of shared experiences. BGA is a collective Safe space that is created through trust and connection. The principals are founded with the intention that women feel connected to each other and in return, the world.

  • | Participants will learn the power of words and how to use words effectively to affect their well-being by applying critical thinking skills.

    | Participants will develop strategies to assist them with accepting feedback, interacting with peers, and navigating the use of social media, while protecting their social and emotional well-being.

    | Participants will learn quick mindfulness practices to prevent impulsive, explosive reactions that may have a negative impact on decision-making.

    | Participants will be taught to strive to "Do Their Best," understanding that each day will consist of various challenges and new opportunities to apply their learning and demonstrate their growth and grit.

    | Participants will engage in prompts that will support them with the critical thinking needed to develop individual affirmations to support their goals.

Workshops are created to help participants walk away with a better understanding of how their emotional health takes a toll on their overall health. By learning how to manage and balance their own emotions, participants will focus on setting goals and identifying the next steps needed to achieve their goals. They will walk away feeling empowered to make choices that can best support their future.
